Certified translation in Bahrain

Certified translations of personal, academic, legal and corporate documents – stamped, signed and formatted to the requirements of the authority that will receive them.

What is a certified translation?

A certified translation is a complete and accurate translation accompanied by the translator's or translation office's declaration, stamp and signature. Bahraini ministries, courts, the LMRA, the Information & eGovernment Authority, banks and foreign embassies usually ask for this format when a document is not in Arabic or English.

Documents we translate every day

Birth and marriage certificates, divorce decrees, passports and IDs, police clearance certificates, degrees and transcripts, medical reports, driving licences, bank statements, commercial registrations (CR), articles of association, contracts, court judgments and immigration files.

Translation plus legalization

Many documents need more than translation. We can also notarize the translation, obtain Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation, add an apostille or legalize it at an embassy – so you receive a document that is ready to use.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a certified translation take?

Standard personal documents such as birth or marriage certificates are usually ready within 1–2 working days. Larger files are scheduled individually, and express service is available.

Do you need the original document?

For most translations a clear scan or photo is enough. If the translation must be bound to the original or notarized, we will tell you in advance whether we need to see the original.

Will my translation be accepted by the authority?

We prepare translations according to the requirements of the receiving authority. Tell us where the document will be submitted and we will confirm the correct format before we start.
