General and special POA
A general power of attorney allows someone to act for you in a wide range of matters, while a special power of attorney is limited to a specific task, such as selling a property, representing you in court, managing a bank account or registering a company.
For use abroad
If you live in Bahrain but need someone to act for you in your home country, we prepare the POA in the right language and format, have it notarized and then attested, apostilled or legalized for the destination country.
Foreign POA for use in Bahrain
A power of attorney signed abroad must usually be legalized or apostilled in the issuing country and translated into Arabic before Bahraini authorities and banks will accept it. We guide you through every step.
